Well, this is an interesting video, but many, if not all, of the giant fossil pictures have been proven to be fakes. See this snopes.com article (1) on a giant fossil picture and its origin: a Worth1000.com (2) photoshop contest. In an age where anyone with decent photo editing software can make Gene Kelly dance with their daughter, we must take any photographic "evidence" with a cupful of salt. Regarding evolution and the Bible, I think there is little problem with marrying one to the other. We are told that creation took place in six days, but what is a day to an omnipotent and omniscient being? It is unlikely that a literal day was meant; instead, it was a way for us (man) to have an idea of the length of God's labors. Moreover, if one considers both creation stories in Genesis (3) instead of just the more widely taught Adam and Eve version, then it's even easier to conceive of evolution as Biblically acceptable. The two creations needn't be considered as wholly separate events but as events along a continuum of creation. Once again, I must stress that we consider the writers of the "word of God" were men, and man is prone to put what he wants ahead of anything else. What better way to shape the behavior of those around one than through writings that are purported to be the word of God? Regarding the size of the ark, it would have to be enormous to carry every type of animal in the world. One needn't inject the concept of giants to explain the ark's size. Finally, Satan doesn't use television; Satan uses man.
